Mario Pellicano started making sauces in the kitchen of his father’s grocery store in 1992. He sold them to his dad’s customers and then to supermarkets and gourmet shops. In 1996, we moved into a larger kitchen, and then in 2000, opened our own manufacturing plant. In 2013, we completed a major expansion to our plant to keep up with the demand for our products.
