Buffalo Gluten Free Products LLC was formed in 2009 to service the growing and underserved gluten free market. Our very first product was gluten free instant pancake mix. We now offer gluten free pizza crust mix, and plan to introduce gluten free frozen pancakes and gluten free pasta in the fall of 2009.
