ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER: This is a great opportunity for an existing line supervisor, plant manager, blender, or lab technician to train to eventually become a plant manager at Pellicanos. This position will answer to the current plant manager, operations director and president, and responsibilities will include every area and aspect of the plant operations.
Our goal would be for this position to promote to plant manager within 12-36 months. Compensation range is $30,000 to $41,000 annually and may include health insurance benefits*, profit sharing and retirement plan*, some paid holidays, and no week ends.
